Our routes are booked through a webshop system called Bigcartel because it allows you to pay using PayPal, credit card or debit card in a secure way while complying with all standards of data protection.
In any case, if you experience any problems during the payment process, please let us know and we'll allow a payment via bank transfer.

If your preferred route is sold out, you can send us an email with the subject line "Reservation List" to be emailed if there are any cancellations.

Cancellations are a delicate topic for a sail training ship. People book these kind of trips many months in advance, so cancelations can be really hard to refill. But we don't want to tie anyone, that's why we allow changes of name at no charge.
Thus, the best way to cancel your trip on board ATYLA is to find someone to replace you and just let us know the change of name (that way you get a 100% of the money back). You can also think of a good friend and give him the best present he has ever received.
If you cannot find someone to replace you and cancel more than 4 months in advance, we can refund 75% of your payment. We'll only be able to refund a 25% if you do it at least a month before the start-date of the journey. We can't offer refunds for later notices.
